Create your train
Name, date, time, slot setup, rules.
From the dashboard, click + New train. The form walks you through every required field. A few tips:
- Reference time zone anchors the show clock — usually your own. Sellers and buyers see their own local time.
- Slot count × slot lengthdetermines total show duration. The form shows the math live so you don't accidentally schedule a 22-hour marathon.
- Host slotsare reserved from the manage view after the train is created. Click Reserve on any open slot and pick "Reserve for me" (prefills your handle), "Reserve for another seller," or "Just hold, no name."
- Rules show on the signup page before sellers sign up. Write whatever your show requires.
Add branding
Logo + tagline make your show feel like yours.
From the manage view, click ✎ Edit. Scroll to Logo URL and Tagline. The logo shows above your train name on every public page; the tagline sits underneath. Save when done.
Open your train
⚠ Most important step. Sellers can't sign up otherwise.
Newly-created trains are draft by default — only you can see them. To accept seller signups, you have to flip the status to open.
On the manage view, you'll see status-transition buttons in the top-right (next to ✎ Edit). Click → open.
- draft — invisible to the public. Nothing is shareable yet.
- open — sellers can sign up, buyers can view the lineup. This is what you want for the lead-up to the show.
- locked — the lineup is set. Sellers can NO LONGER sign up. Buyers can still see the lineup. Use this right before showtime.
- completed — show is done. Archive state.
Share the signup link
One URL goes everywhere — Discord, Instagram, on stream.
On the manage view, two copy-link cards appear at the top: Public signup link (for sellers) and Public lineup link (for buyers). Click Copy and paste anywhere.
If link sharing is blocked where you want to share (Whatnot messages, for example), just tell sellers to go to theraidorganizer.com verbally — your train shows up on the Open Trains list automatically.
Troubleshooting
No one can sign up — what's wrong?
Your train's status is probably still draft or has been set to locked. From the manage view, set it back to → open. The signup page only accepts new sellers when status is open.
A seller wants to move to a different slot.
On the manage view, find their slot and click Move. A modal lists every open slot — pick the new one. Their signup info (handle, what they're selling, referral link, everything) moves with them. No re-typing.
I want a co-host to help me manage.
Scroll to Team — Co-organizers at the bottom of the manage view. Enter their email, click + Invite. If they already have an account they get instant access. If not, the invitation auto-converts the moment they sign up.
I need a list of every seller's contact info.
Click ⬇ Seller Contact Sheetat the top of the slot grid. You get every signup's handle, real name, email, phone, what they're selling, giveaway value, referral link, and timestamp, ready for Excel or Google Sheets. Conductor-only (server-enforced, contains contact info). The public 🖨 Print Show Sheet button next to it is the safe-to-share version with no contact info.
I need more (or fewer) slots than I originally set.
Above the slot grid, use the Adjust slot count controls. + Add slots appends new ones with correct timing. − Trim emptyremoves trailing slots that don't have a signup (it'll never delete a slot that someone's already in).
A seller signed up but never confirmed — do they get emailed?
Yes. Every confirmed signup triggers two emails immediately: one to the seller with their slot time and reminders, one to you (the organizer) with the new signup details. If you don't see them, check spam — domain reputation takes a few weeks to warm up for brand-new domains.
My URL is getting flagged as suspicious on Whatnot.
New domains often get filtered by spam scanners during their first ~2-4 weeks. Workarounds: share theraidorganizer.com verbally instead of as a link, post the URL in your show description or Whatnot bio, or share via Instagram/Discord where filters are looser. Reputation builds with real traffic.
